I worked with Terri on a number of accounts, as her team was the Language Services counterpart to our Technical Account team. Terri's careful attention to detail and technical understanding of platform made her an excellent addition to any project we tackled together. When I was relatively new to the company, I had the fortunate pleasure of being teamed up with Terri on a new account that presented a lot of unique challenges. Terri was vigilant in keeping up with requests, providing details to the client about different aspects of the project, and helping me learn more about the Language Services Project Management side of things. Localization Project Management is not an easy task, but in Terri you will find a forward-thinking, supportive, and detailed project manager. Whether it's client-related communication, escalations, or even thinking about how to stay competitive in the market, Terri can be counted on. Despite the many difficult and stressful challenges Project Manager's face, Terri always tackled them head-on with an extremely positive attitude. Not only was she great to work with, but every interaction with Terri is an enjoyable experience no matter how difficult the situation. She would be an incredible addition to any team.
