I was responsible for key relationships in order to better understand market requirements and expected outcomes as a result of leveraging the software technology. The product itself was launched with two beta sites, and today the entire product suite is rolling out over the customer’s 25+ facility network and serves as a reference showcase for the sales pipeline. This has strategically positioned NTT Data as a competitive player in a new market segment.
