I had the opportunity to work with Teresa for more than three years and am happy to recommend her. When I hired Teresa as our site's Operations Manager, I was looking for someone who had a variety of critical skills: the ability hire, retain, develop and manage a team, but she also someone who could work with a variety of important clients. I worked for Teresa as part of our social media team. When Teresa came to Conduent the social media team and job functions were very basic and had no leadership. Teresa helped establish the social media team from basically the ground up; to us now being a vital part of our clients needs. She created roles among the entire team and helped coach & develop us all individually. By constantly creating ways we can help our client, she established our value as a team and individually. Teresa also helped with personal career goals within Conduent. She was a vital part of my success in my promotion within Conduent. Any of the times that I met with her to discuss my wanting to grow professionally, she did not hesitate to find any projects that would showcase my abilities. When she knows what your goals are, she will stop at nothing to help develop your skills in any way that she can find. She helped set me up for instant success once I stepped into my new role. This has only led to more responsibilities for myself and showing my value within the company and our client. There are a lot of managers out in the workforce. However, there is a major difference between a manager and a leader in my opinion. A leader is someone who you can tell loves their job, is honest with their feedback, dedicated to their work & employees, and empowers others to be their best...and Teresa is a leader.
