  •Charge Nurse duties are to pass medications and complete treatments per MAR & TAR in a timely basis•Charted on activities according to 24 hr alert charting, initiate, log, responded to Dr. orders and updated medical records•Performed focused nursing assessments on residents for admits, discharges and triage change of conditions •Administer medications orally, IM, IV and tube feedings through PEG tubes under aseptic technique•Monitored blood glucose three times per shift, administered insulin and sliding scale insulin appropriately•Applied dressing changes and various treatments, supervise day to day tasks of CNA’s and evaluate performances•Treat wounds, remove sutures and staples, perform weekly skin audits and initiate urinary catheterizations•Perform tracheal care and suctioning, flush indwelling urinary catheters and PICC lines
