The completion of year end accounts and control of weekly payment run for contractors and staff payroll, including regular reconciliation. Certification is imperative to ensure Health and Safety legislation is met on all sites. Liaise with solicitors to assist with sales, including legal and leasehold enquiries plus post sale and complying with HM Land Registry restrictions. Started out as an assistant administrator, to running the office and assisting the company owner. I thoroughly enjoy the daily variation of the business and challenges that often arise!

Regular sales targets met, including encouraging the sale of additional options. High level of customer service demonstrated in ‘secret shopper’ results. Focus on achieving a quick exchange through to completion via liaison with solicitors, lenders and Site Managers to ensure the property is up to spec and a CML is obtained prior to exchange of contracts.
