Rarely do you have the privilege of working with a person who is exceptionally talented, professional and a joy to work with. Teresa can facilitate and teach because she can and has walked the walk and speaks with authority from experience. On top of that she speaks three languages fluently and who knows how many others passably. An asset in every business situation.

I have had the pleasure of working with Teresa for the last 3 years in helping to onboard and train our sellers in MS Services organization. Teresa is the most dynamic trainer I've had the opportunity to utilize in my career. She has several traits that set her apart from her peers. First, Teresa has a contagious passion for the topics that she presents in her courses. She is able to engage the participants in her courses fully through exercises and role play that assist in the learning. Second, Teresa provides practical application of the course content. She does this in a number of ways, but primarily through a series of stories, including personal and professional experiences that demonstrate the core competencies of the coursework. Finally, Teresa provides a creative atmosphere including flipcharts, course notebooks, and storytelling that generates "outside of the box" thinking AND behavior of the participants! In summary, Teresa is a true trainer that has the heart of a teacher.
