My responsibilities included a schedule of classes where I was in charge of a class for 10 minutes. In those 10 minutes, I have to be sure that all the students have their lunch cards, their lunch money, their lunches, used the restrooms, and finally, lined up and walking the hallway safely to the cafeteria. I also made sure that all the shoelaces were tied, the ice packs were returned to the nurses office, and the students who needed to be sent to the Principals Office...made it there safely!I am also Certified as a Teachers Assistant/Teachers Aide. I love getting the chance to work one on one with the students watching how they think. It's fun to watch them grow!Once again, I am literacy volunteering for 2 wonderful classes. They really love to read! Show less

This includes field trips, guest speakers, and earning patches with all the requirements. We are currently working on our Bronze Award through the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester. The tour was wonderful, and 7 dozen cookies were delivered yesterday for 24 families who are staying at RMH during the holidays! The girls loved the George Eastman House field trip. Show less
