  I have over 29 years as a licensed Realtor with specific training in short sales, REOs, and standard real estate sales as well as experience in BPOs and property valuations. I also held the position as Senior Negotiator within an attorney’s office in South Orange County assisting clients/homeowners in negotiating loan modification and loss mitigation assistance which resulted in a 99% success rate. My professional career also includes extensive skills as an Executive Secretary with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of administration functions with specific details and working directly with top-level management & principals and heads of many Fortune 500 Corporations - Hyundai Motor America, City of San Clemente, Additude Enterprises, LLC. Within this capacity, I exercised independent judgment, decision-making abilities and high level of confidentiality. I have developed very good communication skills and act as a liaison between management and company personnel to ensure proper communication.
