Teresa was very interested in helping me grow as an employee. When we started using any new software, she asked me if I’d like her to show me how to use it because she knew I wanted to learn more about the different aspects of the department especially when I was a new employee. She also offered to arrange a meeting with some of the key members of the sales and marketing teams so I could get more insight into their structure and goals. Whenever I have questions or concerns, Teresa answered and replied to my questions and concerns almost immediately. She even would follow up a while later to ensure any challenges have been resolved. As defined by the Executives in the Company, this position required the merging of my two previous departments (Digital Assets and Fulfillment with Market Localization) to form a single department with separate areas of specialty, providing services to marketing as well as other Company functions with consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness. To do this, processes were written, and each team member was trained by me to ensure that the processes were followed as created. This training was a global effort, done both on-site in each region as well as virtually for non-US regions.
