I won't take too much time to talk about Terence's technical skills on Unity: he delivers! However I would like to mention two key behavioral aspects that make him an unique asset to any organization: 1 - he is highly committed to all duties under his responsability and won't be confortable while it is not completed ; 2 - he is extremely responsible with his tasks, not being unrealistic when challenged and also exposing all alteratives that might be valuable to the project, i.e., he is not the kind of professional that will execute without thinking about the problem.
