I have had the pleasure of studying with Terence and getting to work with him in the professional world. From the first day I worked with him at the University of Northwestern Ohio, I knew he was on another level of motivation than anyone else. After graduation, that motivation transferred into the work place. To this day, he works around the clock to ensure his work is done to the best of his ability.       2010 - Wave 96 started out as an Internet radio station and DJ entertainment business operating in Greenville, Ohio. 2013 - Wave 96 moves to Lima, Ohio. Media partner with the Lima Locos and broadcasting home games on the radio. 2015 - The radio operations of Wave 96 were ceased due to streaming and royalty cost. DJ Terence continues to DJ special and private events. 2017 to 2019 - DJ Terence partners with UltraSound Special Events. Performed hundreds of events for corporations, schools, private events, and weddings. 2020 - DJ Terence survives the coronavirus pandemic.       My role at Pla-Mor Lanes: Development and implement a rotating social media strategy via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Over 3 years of content creation using tools like word swag & canva using pla-mor lanes branding. Solely responsible for the redevelopment of the birthday party packages which have grown exponentially. Responsible for the implementation of our Holiday Gift Card Bonus system which saw a combined growth of 726% in two years. I oversee our loyalty rewards program and how to better improve customer satisfaction. The development and success of new programs: Beer League, Sunday Funday, Monte Carlo, Touchtunes Jukebox. I continue to use my DJ and emcee experience to operate our New Year's Eve Party, run trivia, and other interactive activities at Pla-Mor. We increased NYE sales revenue by 43.7 percent. Integrated an online ordering capabilities and app for Pla-Mor Lanes. In charge of the Kids Bowl Free program and implementing it to our bowlers, local schools, and families. The program saw only one decline and which was the summer of 2020. The program doubled in sign ups and usage in the summer of 2019. In the summer of 2021 we gave out over 3,000 games of free bowling over the course of the summer.
