  FX and Hybrids Trade Support- MO lead in Nomura’s ongoing global Legal entity migration project- Key player in rolling out Nomura’s FX Prime Broker project from 2012 to 2015- Pushed for increased straight through processing (STP) functionality and improved exotic product support in the Nomura's trade booking systems system- Program Champion for project Flintstone which is a Nomura corporate wide project to improve efficiency on daily tasks through process re-engineering.
