Great SEAL tactical operator and combat medical professional..

Steve Viola, NRP, PPO ,Certified Coach

Terence is reliable, dedicated and upbeat. His ability to multitask effectively and his ablilty to handle a high-volume workload is note worthy. He consistently met or surpassed all weekly and daily written reports they were accurate and thorough. Of particular value to me as a former manager was Terence's team player mind-set, enthusiastic embrace of change, ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment to exceeding customer expectations. I reguarly received unsolicited praise from customers commending Terence's outstanding level of service, professionalism and follow-through. Organized and diligent, Terence quickly learned technology systems and software that were unfamiliar to him when he first started with ATC, and he also attended optional professional-development seminars and courses offered through the command. He is pursuing a masters's degree in homeland security through American military university. If asked if I would hire him again for any job- the answer is absolutely yes.
