. Work with APIN Public Health Initiatives Benue State FMP Team towards a successful implementation of FMP in assigned LGAs.. Collaborate with the APIN FMP program implementation team to conduct ongoing engagement and advocacy.. Conduct home visits prior to the commencement of every wave to establish rapport with relevant stakeholders, mobilize and garner commitment of caregivers to actively participate in the FMP program..Communicate with all FMP participants prior to scheduled sessions and for make-up options/take responsibility for effective mobilization of caregivers to ensure 100% participation of all enlisted caregivers in the FMP sessions per wave.. Work with the FMP program manager, administrative assistant, fully certified facilitator, APIN engaged CSOs and other community stakeholders to mobilize and recruit assigned target of eligible participants per wave, schedule sessions and develop a comprehensive implementation plan in line with already existing APIN Public Health Initiatives FMP work plan.. Deliver FMP to a total of 30 or maximum of 35 participants X 5 cohorts per week for 7 consecutive weeks with no more than 1 group per day.. Work only with the assigned FMP fully certified co-facilitator to facilitate FMP sessions including:Facilitating the activities in the FMP facilitator manual, managing discussions on sensitive topics in an inclusive manner, modelling skills and behaviour, answering questions, making personal connections and contact with participants, demonstrating concerns for participants and their families, using tools during facilitation (eg. audio equipment, flip charts) collecting and monitoring data as needed (eg. attendance data), referring participants to appropriate social service agencies, as needed, Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for responding to trauma or disclosure of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) as necessary..
