As a developer, it is often not easy to work together with the QA department and have your work criticized. How refreshing it is then to work together with a QA lead that is not there to find fault, but to actually make sure we all ship top-quality products. Teo is that person. He makes you feel that we are all a team and we are all responsible for what we ship. He is extremely talented at what he does and keeps track of everything from testing to delivery. The best QA I have ever worked with. And if that wasn't enough, he is also super friendly, and above all, a funny guy.
