Research and develop printing, dispensing and smartflux solder paste for advancedpackaging and die attach projects. Research and develop pressureless sinter paste for die attach and stamping application. Utilise 6 Sigma Green Belt problem solving methods and statistical tools to approachprojects. Assist senior principal engineer in flux, solder paste and sinter paste modification projectby executing design of experiment (DOE). Study chemical reaction between different types of chemicals and rosin. Analyse experimental data using Minitab and undertake report writing. In charge and implement DOE of solder paste and flux minor modification project.
