This fast-paced and dynamic role sees me work across areas of strategy, business development, partnerships, finance, impact, people & culture, and governance to ensure that we continue to give our beneficiaries every chance of successfully creating their own pathways out of homelessness.

  This role involves overseeing the everyday running of our social enterprise, including the three separate enterprises that fall under our enterprise umbrella. With a key focus on our mission of eliminating youth homelessness in Australia, this role involves managing the people that make our work possible, whilst constantly discovering new ways for us to best achieve our mission through the power of social enterprise. As COO, I have the privilege of being a leader at Crêpes for Change, of working with amazing people, of directing strategy and of ensuring that we are getting better at what we do every day.
