With the assistant of my fellow Chicago leaders we successfully created the Rising Tides Mentorship program to provide access and training for our team members interested in career paths in hospitality. I was also a founding member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board for Atelier Ace until the property was acquired in November of 2021.
