I am an academic with significant experience as a professor of soil and water conservation engineering in agricultural and environmental engineering department in the University of Ibadan, the premier institution in my home country. I am an astute administrator in the Vice-Chancellor’s Office from October 2019 to December 2022. I was selected among over a thousand qualified Professors at the University of Ibadan. • I develop Document Management System (DMS) as Director of Special Duties, Office of the Vice-Chancellor, University of Ibadan, for the management of promotion documents of academic staff in the University of Ibadan. Over 1,000 Professors from across the globe (Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Australia/Oceania, and Africa) who were appointed assessors at the University of Ibadan were communicated with through the DMS and this led to the prompt promotion of 0ver 400 academic staff to professorial cadres within October 2019 and December 2022 Show less
