• Manage a Federal funded Grant budget of $4.9 million. Monitored and coordinated the entire project and all aspects of the program. Established, and managed fiscal, monitoring, and reporting processes, ensuring that the receipt and disbursement of the funds was in compliance with State and Federal regulations. • Budget Analysis/ Financial Accountability – Monitor budget encumbrances and balances, prepare financial reports, and tracking expenditures. Monitored the entire project and all aspects of the program. • Budget Controls and Modifications - Ensured proper reimbursement associated with the grant expenditures, and requested budget revision. • Cash Management/ Drawdown Procedures – assisting accounting and reviewing the project budget request and reimbursement ensuring the funds are in compliance with State and Federal regulations • Procurement/Purchasing – Procure all equipment, supplies and training materials related to the project. Responsible for all activities concerning purchasing property, and accurate inventory records. Oversee the resources verifying funds and working closely with all other grant coordinators/ personnel. • Tracking and Inputting data – utilize and online reporting database, coordinate, conduct and evaluate participant’s intake data to ensure accuracy, obtain a collection of all required demographic student data, course data, placement data and retention data, evaluate student needs and prepare awards related to support services. • Work with the Human Resources Manager, administered and arranged a variety of personnel actions and processes including employment documents for accuracy applying state rules, policies and procedures. Assisted supervision to other grant personnel. • Coordinate and work closely with LWIA/Louisiana Workforce Investment.
