I worked closely with Tejesh for almost three years. He is so professional and experienced in this telecommunication area, and he is smart and has an efficient working pattern. Also, he is a guy more like a friend with a great sense of humour and is easy-going and I'd like to chat with him about many interesting topics other than work. The whole team is well organized and led by him. Everyone is working comfortably according to their pace. Moreover, he is willing to share his expertise with us, not only directly teaching you but always trying to inspire you to get the knowledge by yourself. As the Chinese saying goes ' It is always better to teach a man how to fish rather than directly giving him a fish'.

Tejesh has incredible telecommunication technical knowledge and is a "GO TO" person. We have closely worked as a group. He is very hard working, good in client interactions, technically strong in his areas of job and always trying to learn new technologies. He is an influential leader and mentor, his qualities reflect in his work and he believes in "Hands on" approach and guides our team in that way. It is a huge learning curve while I work with Tejesh and learn quite a few things myself. As a Team lead in IOTAS he has developed several experts when we work together. I am impressed that Tejesh is an exceptional performer among the people I have worked with. His "Can do - no problem" attitude is universally. He treats every individual with respect and takes in input from all the team members to promote collaboration and a positive working environment.
