Through the effective implementation of this GTM strategy, our product gained traction in the market swiftly, and we reached a point where our revenues matched our expenses, achieving breakeven within just a few months of launching our product. This achievement demonstrates the successful alignment of our business strategies with market demand and efficient resource management, ultimately leading to financial sustainability in a remarkably short period.  Engaged in multiple facets of the project, encompassing 3D modelling, product visualization, brochure design, and product branding.  Additionally, I took on the crucial task of developing a manufacturing process cycle. This involved identifying and collaborating with various vendors responsible for different stages of manufacturing and assembly.
