• Gathering requirements, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals. • Marketing our own H1B, EAD, OPT, Green Card Consultants whoever on my Bench. • Getting the Resumes from My Account Manager. • Updated that resumes into some other Job portals Like Dice USA, • CareerBuilder USA indeed USA…. • Daily Apply for the Job openings through the job portals behalf of the consultant. • Create an HOT list of consultants and post it to Google groups and to my Contacts on Daily Basis. • Getting the requirements from Vendors. • Checking with the consultant weather he is comfortable or not. • If he is comfortable I will send his updated Resume to Vendor. • Once the Resume shortlisted from vendor side I will negotiate the Rate part. • And submit my consultant to the client, and follow-up with the vendor. • Once the Resume shortlisted from Client side for the interview I will inform to the management as well consultant. • If Client hires the consultant I will assist the final process like PO and MSA. • Daily interaction with Consultants and vendors. • Daily checking Update on Previous Submissions. • Daily try to collect New Vendor Database.
