I have worked very closely with Tehzeeb as her associate at Scale Beyond Scale and even much after I moved out of the role, she has been my mentor and continues to be so till date. In my role as a Program Manager, for four years, I had the opportunity to work directly under Tehzeeb who is one of the two co-founders. She is an incredibly transformative leader who brings empathy and nurture to people; and productivity, focus, direction and meticulous organisation to processes.
