Tegan worked for me for approximately three years during which she managed the Customer Service team and also was Internal Account Manager looking after a portfolio of customers with complex supply arrangements. Tegan is an extremely competent Customer Service/Sales Representative who made a signficant contribution to Capral's business in Western Australia. She is well respected by customers and peers alike and was instrumental in the reorganisation of the Capral business in WA into a leaner, more customer focused business. As part of Capral's development in Western Australia, we engaged in a two year Lean Manufacturing journey in which Tegan was instrumental. Most impressively she used these skills to reorganise her own department with significant results.
