  Managing relations and leading negotiations with retail merchants. Additionally, in cooperation with retailers, I was in charge of planning different campaigns, aimed at increasing the loyalty of clients towards the bank and retailers, also increasing the turnover and the number of clients. I was also responsible for offers made to regular customer (~700 000 customers), senior (~200 000 customers) and youth (~200 000 customers) loyalty program clients.

Additionally I had to analyze home loan projects and conclude contracts with clients. I also managed the banks real estate webpage and various projects inside the bank.
