I started with the company in August 2006 hired as an administrative assistant. My work begin in the plant constructing manuals in English and Spanish on the production of special made cores from start to finish. I was hired on permanently in 2008 as a customer service representative. My duties include quotes on special made cores, light & HD automotive, Cir's and all aftermarket applications. My experience in the plant has helped me become specialized in production of all specialty made cores (LeMaster's, Mechanically bonded cores). I have superior customer service skills, conflict resolution, administrative duties also include, invoicing, credits and return resolution. Promoted to Call Center Manager in March 2016. Adding to my set of skills specializing in aluminum cores and recores of extruded tubes and flange headers, oil coolers, CAC coolers, & radiator cooler cores.
