      Responsible for Finance & Accounting and Payroll outsourcing operations.I was responsible for operational efficiency (costs, productivity) and quality (customer, personnel) of Financial and Payroll processes. Operations had approx. 150 FTE’s and hundreds of customers in two locations in Finland. I had seven direct subordinates. Change management and take-over of loss making and uncontrolled operations to operationally break-even and controlled operations unit leading to higher employee satisfaction and lower personnel turnaround. We also achieved on average 10 percent productivity increase of processes per year.We managed to do a fast and successful planning and execution (3 months) of nearshoring –project during year-end-closing leading to 50 % nearshoring ratio, 10 FTE’s restructuring leading to lowered cost base Succesful take-over of 50 FTE’s service center in new location (3 in total) from customer with personnel satisfaction of 4/5. As part of transformation program lay-off of 15 FTE’s due to nearshoring of their responsibilities. In addition I was member of Finland management team and thus responsible for development of collaborative agreement (TES) and practices with Shop Stewards for respective business area. Show less
