      I had a very limited time at this practice, but enjoyed my time. I helped with insurance verifications for surgery. I also worked on the collections side of billing. I had a chance to sit in meetings for a new EHR/ Billing program and was able to voice my insight as I was familiar with the future program. I was able to act as a liason between managers and the program representatives to answer questions form either side. I had a very limited time at this practice, but enjoyed my time.       This was my first job in customer service. I enjoyed helping customers find what they needed for their pets. I also handle customer complaints and issues with products or even employees. I also had to set new isles for products, as well as using attention to detail for how the stores appearance is throughout a work day. I participated in store inventory each year and headed up small groups to count inventory.
