  I manage a ski team and the day to day operations. Our team focuses on the Park and Pipe Discipline. Each year I plan training, competitions, athletic curriculum, and work to hire motivated staff. Our summers are spent cross training and skiing. We have found momentum working with academic athletes who wish to change their lifestyle to pursue skiing full time.
