I worked with Ted when I was CMO at Advanced Bio Development. He was VP of Sales and was eventually promoted to SVP. Ted is one of the hardest-workest individuals I have encountered in my professional career. His level of commitment and dedication is outstanding. He never backs away from a challenge and always takes tremendous pride in what he is doing. And he carries himself with a level of integrity that is unsurpassed. Ted's knowledge base is another asset of his. He can think both strategically and tactically. He's as comfortable setting a shelf in a store as he is presenting to the buyer for one of the biggest convenience store chains in the country. He also understands people very well and in his own unassuming way is exceptional at building relationships.
