The following are highlights of the value I bring to the university: • Lead a cohesive and highly productive team of faculty and staff with a collaborative and relational leadership style, entrepreneurial approach to academic administration, and mission focus consistent with liberal arts and professional programs. • Collaborated with faculty and other cabinet-level officers to develop an integrated marketing plan for adult and graduate programs that led to 10% actual revenue growth year over year. • Provide leadership which led to the redevelopment of all graduate business programs and the development of five new graduate education programs resulting in attracting external partnerships and $2.5M of marketing dollars invested in the university. • Oversee policy and personnel changes that increased efficiency in academic program delivery and collaboration across the university. • Serve as member of the president's cabinet representing Avila's academic functions in support of the university's mission and values. • Work in coordination and lead teaching and faculty-driven decision-making across instruction, curriculum development, and academic policy. • Build community engagement and connections for academic functions throughout Missouri and the Kansa City metropolitan area. • Conduct program review, lead accreditation processes, develop new academic programs and curricula, and continually identify areas of opportunity that align with vision and mission. • Leverage career experience in the recruitment and selection of personnel and provide recommendations on appointment, tenure, and prometon of faculty. I was positioned as an officer with key responsibility for the administration of theological education programs and leading daily business and educational activities of 10 faculty members, 8 staff members, and 900+ students. Worked in coordination with Catholic dioceses throughout the United States and manage a direct budget of $2.5M. The following are highlights of the value I brought to the school: • Developed and integrated diverse fundraising initiatives that drove community engagement and donor participation which resulted in raising over $1M in donations with the largest individual gift received of $270K. • Strategized and worked in coordination with representatives of the local Catholic Church and the university to establish an institute within the university that would improve preaching (homiletics). Catalyze the project for three years with a focus on adding $7.5M to the existing endowment of $2.5M. • Planned and executed the University of Dallas Ministry Conference which brought together a coalition of representatives from multiple institutions; implemented strategic planning process, managed the $750K budget, and developed a plan for the future of the conference which has been running for 15 years. • An integral player in positioning the Masters of Theological Studies program as the top online theology degree in the country 2015-2019 by the Best Schools.org., and ranked in the top 15 nationally by three additional surveys. • Directed re-design of Continuing Education Operations policies and practices which increased efficiencies, and accuracy across academic record keeping and successfully recouped $100K in uncollected revenues Show less
