I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Ted this past year and a half. From the minute I was introduced to him, his passion for his work was evident. Every person on his team loves to work for him because he is very knowledgeable, is great with our valued prospects and clients, coaches and nurtures each of his team. He accomplishes all of this by inspiring each team member to work hard, play hard! Ted's team also exhibits exceptionally low turnover because he knows how to help us work towards our goals without micromanaging us. The first time our team at Intuit met Ted and he was introduced as our manager, the first sentence out of his mouth was "I wish to be for you the manager I always wanted to have !". Let me tell you, for the following four years he lived up to every last bit of that statement. Ted’s business and IT knowledge are of top caliber and were a large contribution to why our team was number one. Even more importantly, Ted’s leadership ability and management style fostered a great team environment and allowed each of us to excel brilliantly.
