From December 2006 to June 2012: Accountable for real estate management services in the Greater Sacramento Area with additional client responsibilities in San Francisco. This role had a combined responsibility for new business development and day to day operations. Management of the Colliers team service delivery and reporting to a diverse clientele including institutional and private investors, corporations, banks and non-profit organizations. Successfully negotiated 55 new management agreements increasing the portfolio under management in Sacramento from 4.2 million square feet to 8.1 million square feet. From November 1999 to November 2006: General Manager, Real Estate Management Services Calgary. Manager of a team of property managment professionals responsible for the service delivery of third-party property management services. This team oversaw the growth of a portfolio under managment of 850,000 square feet in 1999, to 5.2 m. square feet in 2006. Averaged annual results of an NOI in excess of 20% were acheived from 2001-2006.
