Facilities cover 16 acres and include four dining rooms, one ballroom, two kitchens, beach front property, Carriage House, twelve hard-tru tennis courts, four platform tennis courts, heated pool, pier with floating docks and twelve moorings. Partnered with the Board of Governors and various committees to restructure club facilities and programs to attract younger family memberships. Such programs included rebuilding the youth curriculum by implementing an elective based day camp and year-round youth program, creating a junior legacy membership and instituting more family friendly activities and dining opportunities. These programs were done in conjunction with a $7.3 million-dollar capital plan, which included renovating the Carriage House (housing the tennis and youth programs), adding two platform tennis courts and reconstructing the waterfront and boardwalk surrounding a new state of the art heated pool and Tiki Bar. The combined results yielded 105 new members over four seasons and increased operating revenues by $600,000 per year.
