Qasim has been amazing and supported our organisation for a number of years. Qasim has been responsible for reforming our IT capabilities and successfully implemented Salesforce CRM to all 14 sites that we manage - this is made particularly impressive as most of our people come from a clinical background with limited IT experience. I truly believe that without his help we would still be using paper based records. He made what had previously been a very painful process into a smooth system that any member of the organisation can use.
