Merchants who want to change information on their account such as Bank Account, Change of Signer, Legal Changes, etc. they send in the forms I make sure that everything matches what we already have on file and that the forms are filled out completely and accurately, and make sure that the supporting documents are correct and match the form they sent in. If information is wrong or missing I email or call a merchant advising them of the corrections that need to be made and what's missing. Once everything is in order I check the account through a third party system and once verified send it through to Account Management for processing of changes. Show less
