Teagan was appointed to the role of Deputy Principal at Westbourne Grammar School in 2022 and has made an extraordinary impact. Her level of maturity, expertise, and accomplishment belie her years. Prior to this she completed a Master of Educational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration. Teagan is being asked to speak at conferences on the topic of women in leadership and I can think of no greater role model for other aspiring young female leaders to look up to. Teagan is not just a new voice in school leadership but one of the most outstanding educators I have worked with.
