Accomplishment • Established Product Life Cycle system such as Engineering change process, BOM, CTQ etc. • Helped recruitment for Quality team, including regulatory manager and SQE • Completed NPI activities transfer from R&D to production • Lead the engineering team to qualify Beta prototype transfer from UK design consultant and expedite the delivery of the prototype for clinical trial in Singapore. • Lead the sourcing activities for contract manufacturing of medical device, including audit, qualify and finalise statement of work ( SoW ) • Reviewed and approved all DFM for hard tool and soft tool. • Defined CTQ component and new drawing format. • Converted inhouse R&D lab to become ISO13485 production line for reagent manufacturing.
