Currently working as field health officer of PUSPA Jawa Barat assigned in UPTD Puskesmas Cipamokolan Kota Bandung. PUSPA (Puskesmas Terpadu dan Juara) Jawa Barat is an innovation program initiated by CISDI and West Java Government to optimize primary healthcare function in COVID-19 pandemic response through community empowerment and optimizing essential healthcare. Responsibilities: - Providing health care services by strengthening 3T (Testing, Tracing and Treating) -Carry out 3Ts (trace, test, and treat) as an effort to overcome Covid-19, communication of behavior change through health promotion, and provide essential services around nutrition. - Implementing control method during infectious disease outbreaks - Improving SPM standards for management of major NCDs, nutrition program, and vaccination rate - Increasing nutrition counseling, health promotion of individuals and the community - Advancing inclusive resident engagement and collaboration

Covid-19 Optimalizations Health Officer

Responsibilities : -Carry out 3Ts (trace, test, and treat) as an effort to overcome Covid-19, communication of behavior change through health promotion, and provide essential services around nutrition. -Verifying the epidemiological investigation form of confirmed, suspected cases and close contacts of COVID-19 reported by the public health center in the Depok City COVID-19 recording and reporting application - Conduct contact tracing on confirmed cases of COVID-19 whose reports were received from the Ministry of Health's New All Record (NAR) application - Updating the latest COVID-19 patient status
