Taynara’s ability to handle multiple tasks was unlike any I’ve seen before and made a dramatic increase in the productivity level of the company. Taynara worked as part of our team for 18 months initally in a part time role before moving into a more senior role in our operations team. Taynara is a very dilligent, focused and task driven individual. The nature of our business, temporary recruitment, is very fluid and changable on a weekly basis and requires all the team to be adaptable at short notice to a clients needs, Taynara handled these task with a calm , process driven approached while remaining fully engaged with all or team. An excellent task driven individual yet a major part of team decision making and input, brought new solutions to live situations. Her team work was excellent and ability to merge with many client culture's was superb. I wish Taynara every success in her career where she will no doubt be a very positive addition to any organisation she joins.
