Taylor's skills in marketing tactics and strategy are both reliable and undeniable, but in my experience with Taylor, the highest value she delivers is rarer than marketing acumen: relationship building and organizational strategy. I have never met a leader so skilled at understanding and organizing the roles and relationships within a team to drive efficiency and create a positive culture. My time working with her, first as a coworker, then with her as my manager/supervisor, was characterized by open conversations that helped improve my strategic thinking, honest feedback that improved by work, and a personal level of interest in my skills and goals that made me a stronger, happier, more productive contributor to the team. To sum her up quickly, I'd say she's passionate, committed, and gifted with clarity of vision. Anyone who knows Taylor, as a friend or team member, is lucky to have such a strategic, kind, and leadership-oriented woman on their side.

Taylor is a dedicated natural leader and sharp marketing mind with a unique skill set and background in the healthcare industry. During my time at Ocozzio, Taylor was a peer mentor, team Director, then eventually Vice President whom I reported to. Taylor was a consistently supportive manager, teaching and coaching the team through challenges. Even after leaving Ocozzio, Taylor still acts as a trusted advisor for both myself and others she previously managed. She delivers years of marketing and business strategy having worked with numerous C-suite executives leading marketing and sales initiatives, setting KPIs and obtaining results. Always seeing the strategic bigger picture, Taylor is an "all-in" type of marketer, leader and friend who meets any goal. Any organization would be lucky to have Taylor as a part of the team.

My role is multi-faceted, working to create compelling marketing for our external audiences as well as improve internal communication for our employees. All of my efforts are aimed on meeting company goals and growing our business. In my marketing specific efforts, I create, execute, and evaluate all of the materials, messages, and community outreach for the various parts of our pharmacy, including Sona Pharmacy + Clinic, Sona Compounding, Sona Specialty, Sona Acces, and our PBM, Sona Benefits. As a member of the leadership team, I support internal communication through regular corporate communication, quarterly goal meetings, and day-to-day internal support for employees. Part of my role is to ensure all team members feel comfortable with the message we're marketing and have the tools they need to succeed. This in turn allows me to focus on improving internal communication and leadership team efficiencies through clear, consistent communication and organizational problem-solving. My goal is to grow all parts of Sona by effectively telling our story, delighting our customers, and connecting our community and team with the resources and excellent services that all parts of our business offer.

In this role, I managed and hired a team of six Marketing Strategist & Copywriters and oversaw the strategic marketing efforts of 50+ clients across the nation. Every day, I connected with C-Suite Executives and Sales teams to create and execute marketing strategies that directly related to their unique business-growth goals. As a leader, I spent time developing and coaching my team members so that they could lead these conversations with their clients by teaching them to understand and implement email analytics, industry trends, and digital strategies. I created the framework for the organizational structure of email analytics, team meetings, and operational efficiencies across our Strategy & Copy, Project Management, and Design teams.Much of my focus was on improving how our team functioned and supplying my team members with the tools and training they needed to continually acheive organizational and individual goals.

While at lululemon, I was able to support a variety of needs. I worked with the Global Digital team to grow brand presence in Northern California while also running the specific social channels for the store I worked in. I was also able to work directly on a customer feedback site called HeyLululemon, in which customers would provide their specific concerns with products. I would work with them to get this information back to Corporate to find ways to improve both the product and the customer experience.

I was hired for a contracted period to help create and prepare a team for the upcoming expansion of the training facilities. My role required me to wear many hats during my short time there; I was solely responsible for hiring a front desk team of five individuals as well as three new athletic coaches. I restructured the internal organization system for the facility to allow for more efficient distribution of information between offices. My second role involved creating powerful marketing campaigns and strategies to find new members of the community that would be interested in our facility. I focused on building relationships throughout the community, implemented various methods of marketing including social media, email, and telemarketing. My final job was to plan for the upcoming expansion logistically, booking catering, entertainment, security, and day of necessities for our grand opening. This also required a second marketing campaign as well as training sessions for the newly hired staff to prepare for the influx of new members and day of logistics.
