I have had the pleasure of working with Taylor for 5+ years, From the first time i worked with her she was just getting into operations management coming off the bar has one of the best training bartenders in the company .Taylor has always been someone to raise her hand for help and support other around her. She really stepped up to the plate when creating a street market team that would go to any offsite/charity events in the surrounding towns getting a group of team members out to support our community, Taylor then took off with career being my assistant general manger helping growing all managers around us and taking on daily responsibility of overseeing the venue. Allowing myself and others around us to grow and mentor others. Taylor then became a General Manager/Director of Operations focusing on Building Culture first and ensuring systems and processes were in place .
