  In March of 2016, Taylor became a licensed Realtor and joined Matt and Taffney on the Wilson Realty Team. Within the next year Kailee would also join the team, making it an entire family business! This final addition made the slogan, “let our family help yours” more meaningful than ever. As a buyer’s specialist on the team, Taylor handles buyer transactions which allows him to keep a close watch on the market from the buyer perspective. Even though finding home-buyers the house of their dreams is an important part of Taylor’s role, that really is just the beginning of his job! Taylor’s other major contributions to the buyer are his ability to educate his buyers about and throughout the entire process, as well as connecting buyers with the people and resources they’ll need along the way. After finding the right home, preparing a comparative market analysis, writing strong offers based on the current market, understanding and negotiating contracts, and negotiating repairs are important responsibilities of a good buyer’s agent. Taylor has been fortunate to have Matt Wilson as a mentor, as Matt’s past career as a home builder has given him a great wealth of knowledge regarding homes. This is a great asset to the Team and their clients, especially when working with first time home buyers and new construction homes.
