  As a member of the TMC staff, my role is to facilitate the learning of those that register for our online courses and events.   Working for an entry level hostess position, over my time with Boston Pizza I learned the various angles of the business as a host, server, and a supervisor. As I supervisor I oversaw night shifts. This encompassed people skills as I talked to guests and staff, as well as administrative work completing nightly sales forms and other paperwork.
