      Drove the growth of a certified organic operation from 350 to 850 acres over 3 years, becoming the largest organic farm in the state of NJ. Developed a grass finished beef production system: from genetic selection and program design to pasture crop rotation, livestock handling protocol, infrastructure construction and finishing. Utilized intensive grazing and a rotation of annual and perennial forages to build fertility for cropping operations. Handled all pastured swine, broiler and layer system development. Large farm scale composting system development: Sourcing large quantities of inputs, adapting existing equipment to mix compost, monitoring material progress, and performing land application. Complete agronomic management for pasture, forage and grain crops: soil sampling, sourcing inputs, working with vendors and certifiers, and maintaining organic records. Handled maintenance and repair of a sizable fleet of farm and construction equipment as well as all farm vehicles. Managed relationships with contractors, vendors, marketing partners and processors.
