I greet all guests and keep the log of who is in the building at all times. I keep track of all hourly employees hours each week and time sheets for all of our employees in the facility. I currently assist HR, Accounting, Marketing, Purchasing with administrative duties as well as keep track of documentation electronically and hard copies. For Accounting I handle account payable's, filing, check runs. I am currently doing all shipping and receiving for the company as well as issuing all parts to each job it belongs to. I am also working in the stockroom kitting and issuing kits to the production floor once completed. I take care of setting up all interviews for the company as well as any interviewees paperwork. I am currently safety chair for our safety committee which I keep track of all meeting notes, keep up with all training and run the meetings. I am also the Safety Coordinator for the company which entails creating safety programs, running our safety committee meetings and ensuring that safety is our first priority at all times. Show less
