  ICS has always been involved with large, new construction projects in HVAC and Plumbing. With the lack of new construction, ICS developed a division that focused mainly on small tenant improvements while still continuing to develop the larger projects. This division will be strictly geared toward small scale HVAC tenant improvement projects (generally in the range of 15,000 sq. ft. or less) and will provide design/build and plan & specification installations in sheet metal, pipefitting, insulation, T-stat wiring and comfort balance. We are excited to have brought this new division to the services ICS offers and believe it will continue to be another step in our journey to becoming the mechanical contractor of choice for all our clients.We will utilize our qualified ICS field technicians and a select group of vendors to create a competitive price structure. With our knowledge, experience, and creativity we will take a simplistic approach to our TI projects to ensure successful project completion and total customer satisfaction.
