I had the privilege to be part of the interview team when Taylor applied to our organization as a Software Trainer. Immediately I was impressed with her upbeat disposition and bright personality. Since then (2-yrs. ago), Taylor has demonstrated the ability to dive into complex applications and facilitate learning effectively by breaking-down topics into manageable steps for the end-user. Taylor has an unusual amount of energy and excitement about everything she does which is contagious to her audience. She is creative and has taken on learning how to develop custom content driven by learning objectives; making her deliverable very relevant to our customers. She has her audience in mind always and looks for ways to develop hands-on experiences that will make learning sticky. Taylor is not afraid to learn new things, in fact, that is what motivates her the most. In the last months, she took on learning how to produce complex content in micro-videos for USAN customers and for internal audiences. Taylor has mastered Camtasia Studio and has received many accolades about her work. All in all, Taylor is a team player, always looking where she can add value to the team.
