  The Child and Parent Resource Institute is located within the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and provides specialized, trauma-responsive mental health and developmental services As part of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism Committee, I was responsible for researching current Canadian diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism standards and language. I later worked with a team to review CPRI's internal policies for conformity with these standard and created a "quick sheet" for future internal policy drafters.
